公司规模越来越大,员工人数越来越多,每个人的工资怎么算?用什么标准来衡量他们的工作?企业内部应同工同酬某公司有同样工种的甲、乙两名员工。甲是2005年7月份进公司的,月薪是2500元。今年,该公司同一岗位又聘了员工乙,但乙一口咬定要3600元月薪,因为“行情是这样”。这样就产生了问题:公司需要乙这位人才,但如果同意乙的要求,甲会感到不公平。乙提出这样的要求,是因为与企业外部同行之间的比较。这里,优先要解决的,是企业内部的公平,也就是甲乙之间要同工同酬。
