《企业管理》杂志发起讨论如何提高我国企业素质的活动,并为此开辟了专栏,我认为这是一项十分有意义的工作。为什么要提出提高企业素质这个问题呢?目的就是要使企业把工作真正转到以提高经济效益为中心的轨道上来,认真改善经营管理,提高产品质量,降低物质消耗,降低成本,实现一个新的转变。应当看到,我们有很多企业,特别是加工工业企业,过去获得的利润,主要是吃了原材料价格和职工工资较低的便宜。这些利润,其中相当一部分实际上是由于价格不合理,而在原材料工业部门和加工工业部门之间的一种转移。一旦情况有所变化,如有些原材料价格进行了调整,职工的工资增加了一点,过去被掩盖着的企业管理落后和技术落后的矛盾立即就暴露出来了;有些盈利多的企业盈利少了,有些盈利少的企业变成了亏损,靠减少上交国家的利润过日子。问题的严重性就在于,我们有些企业,乃至一些工业管理部门的同志,至今还没认识到这正是我们企业当前面临着的一场严重的挑战,面临着一个提高素
“Enterprise Management” magazine initiated a discussion on how to improve the quality of corporate activities in China, and opened up a column for this, I think this is a very meaningful work. Why should we raise the question of improving the quality of enterprises? The purpose is to enable enterprises to truly shift their work to the track of improving economic efficiency, conscientiously improve business management, improve product quality, reduce material consumption, reduce costs, and realize a new change. It should be noted that we have a lot of companies, especially the processing industry companies. In the past, profits were mainly due to the low prices of raw materials and lower wages. A considerable part of these profits is actually due to the unreasonable price and a shift between the raw material industry and the processing industry. Once the situation has changed, if some raw material prices have been adjusted, the wages of employees have increased a bit. The contradictions of the undercover management and technological backwardness have immediately been exposed. Some profitable companies have less profitability. Less profitable companies have become losses and have lived by reducing their profits. The seriousness of the problem lies in the fact that some of our companies, and even some comrades of industrial management departments, have not yet realized that this is exactly a serious challenge facing our company and is facing a serious problem.
