本文论述了活塞CAD系统研究和开发的全过程,提出了参数型和交互型相结合的系统开发方案。本文描述了实现活塞零件图计算机绘制的技巧和开发有限元前、后处理模块的方法。本系统对多个实际活塞例子进行验证,结果表明采用本系统来设计活塞不仅速度快,功效高,分折计算全面,而且计算结果直观、图形正确美观。本系统适用于中小功率(缸径75~150mm)柴油机活塞的设计及分析计算,可实现近千种活塞方案的比较,可在PC/XT或VAX-750等计算机上运行。
This paper discusses the whole process of piston CAD system research and development, and proposes a system development scheme combining parameter type and interactive type. This article describes the techniques for implementing computer drawing of the piston part drawing and the method of developing the finite element pre- and post-processing modules. The system validates a number of actual piston examples, the results show that the use of this system to design the piston is not only fast, high efficiency, full calculation of the points, and the calculation results intuitive, accurate and beautiful graphics. The system is suitable for the design and analysis of small and medium-power (bore 75 ~ 150mm) diesel piston, can achieve nearly a thousand kinds of piston program comparison, can PC / XT or VAX-750 and other computers to run.
