针对传统遗传算法容易陷入局部最优,重复迭代的缺点,提出一种多种群的混合遗传算法,通过多种群来确保种群的多样性,模拟退火算法与自适应遗传算法的结合,更加有效的抑制早熟,且全局寻优能力强,收敛快。基于此算法进行PID控制器参数优化,进行Matlab仿真。
Aiming at the shortcomings that the traditional genetic algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum and repeat iteration, a hybrid multi-population genetic algorithm is proposed to ensure the diversity of population by using multiple populations. The combination of simulated annealing algorithm and adaptive genetic algorithm can effectively suppress Premature, and the global optimization ability, fast convergence. PID controller parameters are optimized based on this algorithm and Matlab simulation is carried out.
