人的个性,是在一定的实践活动中,在主体和客体的相互作用中形成的。培养学生的个性,不仅离不开相应的教育环境,而且要发挥受教育者的主观能动性,唤醒他们个性发展的自我意识,提高认识自我、评价自我、完善自我的能力。如何做好这方面的工作,我的体会是: 让学生自己走路自我意识,首先表现在独立意识的增强。随着生理、心理的发展,中学生逐步形成独立的人格,希望得到别人的尊重。然而,有些老师不很重视这个道理,往往只盯着学生不成熟的一面,依然象对待小孩,或包办代替,或任意揉捏,因而使学生自我意识发展的主体和客体之间产生矛盾。正确的作法,应该是放手让学生自己走路,在这个过程中,引导他们增强独立意识
Human personality is formed in the interaction of subject and object in certain practical activities. To cultivate student’s personality, we must not only rely on the corresponding education environment, but also exert the subjective initiative of the educated, awaken their self-consciousness of individual development, and improve their ability to recognize themselves, evaluate themselves, and improve themselves. How to do a good job in this area, my experience is: Let students walk on their own self-awareness, first of all manifested in the increase in the sense of independence. With the development of physiology and psychology, middle school students gradually form an independent personality, hoping to be respected by others. However, some teachers do not pay much attention to this principle. They often stare at the immaturity of the students. They are still treated like children, or arranged as substitutes, or are arbitrarily kneading. Therefore, there is a contradiction between the subject and the object of student self-consciousness development. The correct approach should be to let students walk on their own, in the process, guide them to enhance their sense of independence.
