最近,吉林省委书记何竹康对当前深化企业改革提出了具体要求,他指出: 1.要加快转换企业经营机制,真正把企业推向市场,使企业不再吃国家大锅饭。但是,不能把富余人员都推向社会,因为目前还有不少问题,特别是社会保障机制还没有完全建立起来,所以不要采取过激的办法,可以搞内部续岗、待业、培训等。对转换经营机制,既要大胆地搞,又要制定周密的方案,方案要经过职工代表大会讨论,不能简单地规定限期完成。
