However, at this stage of our country, the government funds for infrastructure construction are relatively tense and the financing channels for various projects are diversified. BOT is a new project financing model. Risk is a core issue of the BOT project. This article summarizes and analyzes the risk issues, as well as some corresponding solutions and suggestions.
