本文介绍使用电子计算机进行电阻加热炉非稳态散热计算的方法。计算方法为有限差量法,程序用BASIC语言编写,可在APPLE—Ⅱe微机系统上运行,输出结果为升温后某一时刻的炉衬温度分布情况,既给出具体温度值,也可画出温度分布曲线。同时,在计算时,还考虑了炉子在升温前的炉膛“剩余”温度,较准确地给出炉膛到达给定温度的时间等有用参数。
This article describes the use of electronic computers for resistance heating furnace unsteady heat dissipation calculation method.
