用通常的方法作稳定态传热计算时,须先假设各层温度,由此求得各层导热系数,最后验算所假设的温度与计算值是否相近,如差得太多就得重算。耐火纤维的导热系数随温度而剧烈变化(图1),温度每增数百度,导热系数就增大一倍,用通常的方法计算全纤维多层炉衬时,常常需要反复多次假设及计算。
The usual method for steady state heat transfer calculation, we must first assume the temperature of each layer, which obtained by the thermal conductivity of the various layers, the final calculation of the assumed temperature and calculated values are similar, such as the difference must be re-calculated. The thermal conductivity of refractory fibers changes drastically with temperature (Fig. 1). With increasing temperature, the thermal conductivity increases by a factor of two. It is often necessary to repeat several assumptions and calculations when calculating the full-fiber multi-layer lining with the usual method.
