18CrZNi4WA钢是船用大功率高速柴油机重要零部件选用的高铬镍合金钢,为充分利用我国富有的硅、锰、钼合金资源,降低钢的成本,研制了代用钢种15SiMn3MoA钢。本文叙述了新钢种的成分设计以及冶炼、轧制和锻造工艺的设计,并通过性能检验和使用结果证明了新钢种完全达到技术指标,具有突出的热加工工艺性能好、综合机械性能高,淬透性好的优点,使用安全可靠,不增添附加设备即可投入生产。
