不久前,笔者深入一线进行采访,发现当前不少建筑施工企业都有一个通病:一边是企业人才严重短缺,新员工缺乏技能,难以满足企业发展需要;一边是人才大量流失,其中有一家企业一年就调走了近60人;而这些人都是企业的中坚力量。为什么会出现这样的情形?笔者通过调查发现有以下原因:一、长期流动,居无定所长年流动的建筑企业人员有房住不上,有家不能回,有孩子顾不上教育是人心不安的一个重要因
