Through the fixed sampling and indoor analysis of different environmental media in oasis, the distribution and mutual migration of nitrogen and phosphorus, the main non-point source pollutants in oasis in different environmental media were studied. The results showed that the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in the oasis rivers showed an upward trend along the rivers. The lowest value of nitrogen (0.399mg / L) appeared in the river outlet and the highest value (1.707mg / L) occurred in humans This value is three times higher than the first lowest value of the source, equivalent to an increase of about 9.6 μg / L per 1 km. The lowest phosphorus content in the river water also appears in the outflow Mountain mouth, the content of 3.13mg / L, the highest value in the end of the oasis, 26.46mg / L. The content of nitrogen and phosphorus in farmland soil is generally higher than that in the non-cultivated soil in the marginal area of farmland. The content of nitrogen and phosphorus in different crop soils is also different. The content of nitrogen in the paddy soil is higher than other farmland by 0.338g / kg, and the phosphorus content in orchard soil is 0.367g / kg. The collected farmland drainage nitrogen and phosphorus content is generally higher than the river water content, the highest has been higher than 3 times. The correlation between nitrogen and phosphorus in different environmental media and the correlation between farmland drainage and nitrogen content in farmland and between farmland soil and river water indicates that they are compared with each other obvious.
