从孕妇外周血中有效分离胎儿滋养层细胞的一个前提是,制作和选择特异性和高度亲合力的单克隆抗体。经6800多次鼠单克抗体组织和细胞反应实验,选出5种有这些特点的单克隆抗体,即FD0161G,FD066Q,FD0338P,FD078P,FD093P,FD066Q与FD0161G识别滋养细胞膜蛋白的一个复体位置,FD0338P,FD078P,FD093P识别另一个受体位置。将单克隆抗体FD066Q、FD0338P与有免疫吸附力的串珠相结合,用于从孕妇外周血中分离滋养层细胞。
One of the prerequisites for effective isolation of fetal trophoblast cells from peripheral blood of pregnant women is the production and selection of specific and highly avid monoclonal antibodies. After more than 6800 mouse monoclonal antibody and cell reaction experiments, five kinds of monoclonal antibodies with these characteristics were selected, namely FD0161G, FD066Q, FD0338P, FD078P, FD093P, FD066Q and FD0161G to recognize a complex body of trophoblast membrane protein, FD0338P, FD078P, FD093P recognize another receptor position. The monoclonal antibodies FD066Q, FD0338P combined with immunosorbent beaded beads for the separation of trophoblast cells from peripheral blood of pregnant women.
