传统的高频感应加热淬火回火设备要根据工件的形状、尺寸、用途制作专用的加热线圈。无疑,这种方式对于不同处理工件要更换、设计制做不同的感应加热线圈必然导致生产成本高、生产效率低等缺点。介绍了日本电气兴业株式会社新研制开发的无接点式感应加热线圈内径可变式感应加热线圈的结构、内径可变机理与优越性。给出了内径可变型感应加热线圈的结构示意图。照6图99表4参1
