辽宁省丹东红砖厂,采用机械充气法,压缩空气藉助于聚氯乙烯微孔塑料管,使料浆获得均匀细小的大量气泡。经过静停切刈、蒸压养护等工序,即成为多孔轻质的充气砼。充气砼,于1979年被列为辽宁省重大科技成果,曾受到全国科技大会的表彰。充气砼的生产工艺比较简单,它不用铝粉和纯碱发气,附加剂少,原材料易于购买。
Dandong Red Brick Factory in Liaoning Province adopts the mechanical inflation method. Compressed air is made of polyvinyl chloride microporous plastic pipes to obtain a uniform and small amount of bubbles in the slurry. After the process of static stop cutting, autoclaving, etc., it becomes a porous, lightweight, aerated helium. Inflatable earthworms were listed as major scientific and technological achievements in Liaoning Province in 1979 and were honored by the National Science and Technology Conference. The production process of aerated helium is relatively simple, it does not use aluminum powder and soda ash, there are few additives, and raw materials are easy to purchase.
