建立了一级振荡二级放大YAG板条激光装置,并进行了自由振荡和使用新型YAG∶Cr4+色心晶体调Q输出的能量放大以及光束质量随放大级泵浦能量变化的实验研究。结果表明,该MOPA系统由于热效应小,可输出高光束质量的激光。
The first stage oscillating YAG slab laser device was established and the experimental results of free oscillations and energy amplification with Q-switched Q output and the change of beam quality with the pump power of the amplification stage were investigated. The results show that the MOPA system can output high beam quality laser due to its small thermal effect.
