[目的]了解建湖县2008~2012年恶性肿瘤发病情况,为制定肿瘤综合防治策略提供科学依据。[方法]收集2008~2012年恶性肿瘤发病数据,分析恶性肿瘤粗发病率、年龄别发病率、中标率等。[结果]2008~2012年恶性肿瘤发病率为286.26/10万,中标率为150.75/10万;年龄别发病率总体呈“√”型,发病高峰集中在65岁及以上老年组,男性发病率高于女性(χ2=143.63,P<0.01)。发病前10位恶性肿瘤依次为胃癌、食管癌、肺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌、脑肿瘤、白血病。2008~2012年间,恶性肿瘤的发病率略有增长,肺癌发病率略有上升(χ2=10.77,P<0.05)。[结论]恶性肿瘤已成为威胁建湖县居民健康的重大疾病之一,以上消化道肿瘤为首的恶性肿瘤应是防控的重点。
[Objective] To understand the incidence of malignant tumors in Jianhu County from 2008 to 2012 and provide scientific evidence for the development of comprehensive strategies for prevention and treatment of tumors. [Methods] The incidence of malignant tumor from 2008 to 2012 was collected to analyze the incidence of malignant tumors, the incidence of age-related diseases and the successful rate of successful cases. [Results] The incidence of malignant tumors was 286.26 / 100 000 between 2008 and 2012, the successful rate was 150.75 / 100 000. The age-related morbidity was generally “√” type. The peak incidence peak was in the elderly group of 65 years and over. The male The incidence was higher than that of women (χ2 = 143.63, P <0.01). The top 10 malignant tumors were gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, cervical cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, brain tumor and leukemia. Between 2008 and 2012, the incidence of malignant tumors increased slightly while the incidence of lung cancer increased slightly (χ2 = 10.77, P <0.05). [Conclusion] Malignant tumors have become one of the major diseases threatening the health of residents in Jianhu County. The malignant tumors with digestive tract tumors above should be the focus of prevention and control.
