目的研究生长抑素stilamin(SS-14肽)和sandostatin(SS-8肽)对人晶上皮细胞(HLEC)增殖及胶原合成的影响。方法采用MTT比色法和3H-脯氨酸(3H-Proline)掺入法检测了SS-14肽和SS-8肽对人晶体上皮细胞(HLEC)增殖及胶原合成的抑制作用。结果SS-8肽浓度为10-10mol/L、SS-14肽浓度为10-9mol/L时能明显抑制HLEC增殖和胶原合成,且呈剂量依赖关系,50%抑制浓度(ID50)SS-8肽为10-8mol/L,SS-14肽为10-7mol/L。结论SS-14肽和SS-8肽可以通过抑制HLEC的增殖及胶原的合成而抑制后囊混浊。
Objective To investigate the effects of stilamin (SS-14 peptide) and sandostatin (SS-8 peptide) on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of human epithelial cells (HLECs). Methods The inhibitory effects of SS-14 peptide and SS-8 peptide on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of human lens epithelial cells (HLECs) were examined by MTT assay and 3H-Proline incorporation assay. Results SS-8 peptide concentration of 10-10mol / L, SS-14 peptide concentration of 10-9mol / L significantly inhibited HLEC proliferation and collagen synthesis in a dose-dependent manner, 50% inhibitory concentration The peptide is 10-8 mol / L, and the SS-14 peptide is 10-7 mol / L. Conclusions SS-14 peptide and SS-8 peptide can inhibit posterior capsule opacity by inhibiting the proliferation of HLEC and collagen synthesis.
