一前言在有关明代史的典籍中,由嘉靖年间广东东莞人陈建(1497—1567)所著的《皇明历朝资治通纪》(简称《皇明通纪》)确是一部对当时及后世影响甚大之作。此书分为前后二编相继完成,首先完成的前编《皇明启运录》八卷之内容仅涵盖由元至正十一年(1351)至明洪武三十一年(1398)的史事。而在《启运录》刊刻后,陈建在好友黄佐(1490—1566)的赞赏与建议
