为研究酶和乳酸菌对多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)与玉米(Zea mays L.)秸秆混合青贮发酵品质的影响,试验设4个处理,分别为对照(C)、酶制剂(E)、乳酸菌制剂(LAB)、酶+乳酸菌制剂(E+LAB),60天后测定青贮饲料发酵品质。结果表明:添加酶或乳酸菌制剂均提高了多年生黑麦草与玉米秸秆混合青贮饲料的发酵品质。添加剂组p H、丙酸和丁酸含量显著降低(P<0.05),氨态氮/总氮值低于(P>0.05)或显著低于(P<0.05)对照组,乳酸、粗蛋白和水溶性碳水化合物含量增加;E和E+LAB组的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量均低于其他各组,而LAB组的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量与对照组无显著差异。V-Score评分结果表明LAB处理组青贮发酵品质分数最高。因此,在多年生黑麦草与玉米秸秆混合青贮实际生产过程中,单独使用乳酸菌即可达到理想的效果。
In order to study the effect of enzyme and lactobacillus on the fermentation quality of mixed silage of perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) and corn (Zea mays L.) straw, four treatments were set up, which were control (C), enzyme preparation Lactic acid bacteria preparation (LAB), enzyme + lactic acid bacteria preparation (E + LAB), and silage fermentation quality was measured after 60 days. The results showed that the fermentation of perennial ryegrass and corn stalk mixed silage were improved by adding enzyme or lactic acid bacteria. The content of p H, propionate and butyrate in the additive group was significantly lower (P <0.05), while the value of ammonia nitrogen / total nitrogen was lower (P> 0.05) or significantly lower than that in the control group The contents of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in E and E + LAB group were lower than those in other groups, but the content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in LAB group were not significantly different from those in control group. The result of V-Score showed that the quality score of silage fermentation in LAB treatment group was the highest. Therefore, the perennial rye grass and corn stover mixed silage in the actual production process, the use of lactic acid bacteria alone can achieve the desired results.
