以“十三五”期间全面解决山区贫困人口饮水安全为目标,针对高、偏、远山区小型农村饮水安全工程建设存在的难题,分析原因,提出合理的对策,以有效的解决高、偏、远山区贫困人口饮水安全,提高生活质量,让山区贫困居民早日摆脱贫困的帽子。
