南水北调东线工程安徽省受水区是水资源短缺地区,水资源禀赋条件和生态环境现状较差,城乡供水安全保障能力不足。通过对该区需水、节水及可供水量的计算,分析区域缺水情势,提出加快建设南水北调东线后续工程等跨流域调水工程的建议。
East Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project The water-receiving area in Anhui Province is a water-scarce area with poor water resource endowment conditions and ecological environment status and insufficient urban and rural water supply security capabilities. Through the calculation of water demand, water saving and water supply capacity in this area, the paper analyzes the situation of water shortage in the area and puts forward the suggestion of accelerating the construction of inter-basin water diversion project such as the East Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion.
