随着社会的进步和经济的发展,建筑行业在建筑市场所占有的成分越来越大,建筑工程项目的数量越来越多,使其行业间的竞争也变得愈加激烈。在这种竞争环境下,建筑企业单位必须通过提高施工效率和降低建筑工程成本等方法来提升自身建筑企业的竞争力从而获取高利润。而施工技术水平的提升对降低建筑工程成本和提高施工效率起着至关重要的作用,因此,如何有效的提升建筑工程的施工技术管理水平就是建筑企业单位需要重点考虑的方向,本文就此展开论述。
