本文做了防疫站管防痨的十年回顾。认为,防疫站管防痨有优越条件,但只能是权宜之计。随着工作逐步深入,基层防痨发展起来后,防痨科经济不独立,行政不自主,各级医院登记管理规范化、报病制度化、治疗方案统一化都难以实现。同时防痨科有碍于以治养防、专业系统化矛盾日益突出。以治养防,一举两得,道路可行,但隶属于防疫站内,因防疫站所管病种多,相互牵制,合理经费用于防痨再发展上甚少。认为,在具备一定条件下,县级以5~7人建立独立的防痨机构,走以治养防之路是可行的。
