一、粮堆通风技术参数的计算(一)单位耗气量为了使粮堆完全冷却,需要通入一定量的冷空气。通常以每一立方米的粮食需要1000米~3的空气作为单位耗气量。单位耗气量=1000米~3空气/米~3粮食(注:在粮食冷却过程中,冷却空气带出的热量等于粮食散发出来的热量。冷却粮食所需的重量风量应是粮食比热与冷却空气的比值。若含水量为12%的粮食比热为0.44千卡/公斤0℃,空气的比热为0.24千卡/公斤0℃,则冷却粮食需要的风量比为1:1.8,即冷却一吨(约1.3—1.7立方米)粮食需要1800公斤的冷却空气。由于通风冷却时,粮食水份的蒸发会消耗一部份粮食的热量,实际需要的风量比为1:1。可以认为冷却一立方米的粮食需要1000米~3的风量。
