通过金相、电镜、显微硬度等试验,考察了3Cr2W8V钢经硫碳氮共渗后的一般组织特征以及共渗前后的热处理对其主扩散层组织结构的影响。结果表明,共渗层由化合物层,主扩散层和过渡区三部分构成,主扩散层具有典型板条马氏体特征且硬度最高。共渗前经高温固溶预处理者较常规球化显微硬度高且不易出现脉状化合物;共渗后再经较高温度回火能使主扩散区变宽、显微硬度不降而过渡区硬度更为平缓。这对制定模具热处理工艺提供了依据。
The microstructure, microstructure and microstructure of 3Cr2W8V steel after sulfur carbonitriding were investigated by metallography, electron microscope and microhardness test. The effects of heat treatment before and after infiltration on the structure of main diffusion layer were investigated. The results show that the co-diffusion layer consists of three layers: the compound layer, the main diffusion layer and the transition zone. The main diffusion layer has typical lath martensite characteristics and the hardness is the highest. Pre-infiltration by high-temperature solution pretreatment compared with the conventional spheroidizing microhardness and difficult to appear pulse compounds; after infiltration followed by tempering at higher temperatures can make the main diffusion zone widening, microhardness does not fall and transition Area hardness is more gentle. This provides a basis for the development of mold heat treatment process.
