一、前言随着我国飞机制造业等的发展,要求应力、应变测试枝术要有相应的发展,中温大变形量应变电阻合金丝的研制,就是航空部某单位提出的科研任务。要求这种丝材制成的应变片,能在室温~250℃的范围内测定应变量达到4%以上。 1969年英国R·Bertodo曾发表了研究类似的应变丝及应变计的结果,为以后的研究工作提供了经验,所研制的应变计可在400℃下工作,但变形量为±1.5%。大变形量应变计,在美国、日本等国虽然早已有正常商品出售,但从近期这些国家公布的样本看,大都限于204℃以下工作的大变形量应变计。国内中温大变形量应变计及应变丝材都处于首次研制状态,因此这是一项新的应变
