本文简述了《4YC4》高温应变电阻合金研制目的;要求的主要性能指标;通过合金成份正交设计方案确定的最佳合金成份以及合金工艺要点。并对“定型”合金的电学性能,特别是合金的“R-T”曲线,热输出曲线和高温稳定性等详细地进行了研究和探讨。《4YC4》φ0.03mm的高温应变电阻合金适用于750℃~800℃高温下进行长期应变测试。这种合金具有高的电阻率,特别是在600℃以上具有较好的热输出,零漂值和高温重复性。
This article describes the “4YC4” high temperature strain resistance alloy research purposes; the main performance requirements; through the orthogonal design of alloy components to determine the best alloy composition and alloy process points. The electrical properties of the “stereotyped” alloy, especially the “R-T” curve, the heat output curve and the high temperature stability of the alloy were studied and discussed in detail. “4YC4” φ0.03mm high-temperature strain resistance alloy for 750 ℃ ~ 800 ℃ high temperature for long-term strain test. This alloy has high electrical resistivity, especially at 600 ° C with better heat output, zero drift and high temperature repeatability.
