引言随着我国科学技术和国防建设的飞跃发展,日益迫切地提出了700℃以上的高温电阻应变合金,以及1000℃动应力测量用的电阻应变丝等急待解决的课题。尽管人们正在致力于这方面的研究,但迄今为止尚未找到较满意的合金材料。在毛主席“破除迷信,解放思想”的战斗号召的鼓舞下,我们研制成功一种铂钨铼镍电阻应变合金。该合金具有高的抗氧化能力和耐热强度,综合性能良好。本文应用电阻测量,强度试验,差热分析,金相和X一光分析研究了合金的物理机械性能和组织结
INTRODUCTION With the rapid development of science and technology and national defense in our country, there is a pressing issue that urgently needs to be solved such as high-temperature resistance strain alloys above 700 ℃ and resistance strain wires for dynamic stress measurement at 1000 ℃. Although people are working on this aspect of research, so far, no satisfactory alloy material has been found yet. Inspired by Chairman Mao’s call to “get rid of superstition and emancipate the mind,” we successfully developed a platinum-tungsten-rhenium nickel strain-resistant alloy. The alloy has high oxidation resistance and heat resistance, good overall performance.
