针对我国冷凉、干旱地区大面积种植水稻困难,旱作覆膜水稻机械化水平低等问题,根据水稻膜下滴灌穴直播的农艺要求,分别设计了不同种植模式下适用的膜下滴灌水稻播种机,并对关键部件滚筒式穴播器和覆土装置进行了深入分析,采用正交试验方法,研究了滚筒式穴播器的滚筒直径与成穴鸭嘴长度、覆土滚筒直径与导土板螺旋升角、播种机行走速度对播种、覆土性能的影响规律。田间试验表明:膜下滴灌水稻播种机播种深度合格率≥92%,穴粒合格率≥94%,覆土合格率≥94%,空穴率≤3%,穴数在30000~35 000穴/hm~2。该机性能满足膜下滴灌水稻播种的技术要求,可为我国干旱、冷凉地区机械化大面积种植旱稻提供技术支持。
