在48只猫上记录了147个延脑迷走中枢神经元的放电活动。电刺激桡浅神经、正中神经和腓总神经均可诱发神经元放电频率改变。外源电泳NA和电刺激NA能的LC及LRN均使神经元放电受到抑制;电泳5-HT和电刺激5-HT能的NRM均使神经元放电增加。NA和5-HT对同一神经元也表现拮抗作用。实验结果表明:躯体传入信息可经直接和间接两条传入途径调节延脑迷走中枢神经元的活动。
147 cats were recorded on 48 cats with vagus nerve central firing activity. Electrical stimulation of radial nerve, median nerve and common peroneal nerve can induce neuronal discharge frequency changes. Both the exogenous electrophoretic NA and the electrically stimulated NA both LC and LRN inhibited the neuronal discharge. Both electrophoresis 5-HT and 5-HT-stimulated NRM increased the neuronal discharge. NA and 5-HT also antagonize the same neuron. The experimental results show that the afferent information of the somatic body can regulate the activities of the medulla oblongata central neurons via two direct and indirect ways.
