我們利用耳蝸灌流技术,研究了鈣离子在耳蝸机能中的可能作用。对照灌流液为人工外淋巴液即Elliott’s液(Ca~(2+)=2.7mequiv/1)。实驗液为15mequiv/1CaCl_2 Elliott’s液,該液在实驗当天配制。我們視察到当用含高鈣的Elliott’s液灌流时,导致Ap(N_1)和CM振幅降低,Ap(N_1)潜伏期延长。这可能是鈣含量增加致使乙酰胆碱(Ach)释放增加,从而产生与电刺激COCB同样的抑制效果,鈣离子可能参与COCB的抑制机制。
We used the cochlear perfusion technique to investigate the possible role of calcium in cochlear function. The control perfusion fluid is artificial perilymph, ie Elliott’s solution (Ca2 + = 2.7mequiv / 1). The test solution was 15 mequiv / 1 CaCl 2 Elliott’s solution, formulated on the day of the experiment. We observed that when Elliott’s fluid containing high calcium was used, Ap (N_1) and CM amplitude decreased and Ap (N_1) latency prolonged. This may be due to increased calcium content resulting in increased release of acetylcholine (Ach), resulting in the same inhibitory effect as electrical stimulation of COCB, which may be involved in the mechanism of COCB inhibition.
