随着中小学布局结构由分散到集中的调整,多民族学校学生关系失谐问题越来越突出。学生的文化差异是造成学生关系失谐的初始原因,学生的身心特点、不良的家庭结构、社会的暴力文化、学校“规训社会”的特点是造成学生关系失谐的衍生原因,衍生原因使初始原因造成的矛盾与摩擦升级和恶化。从法律的视角考虑,应该通过加强学校法制建设、加强社会娱乐场所的法律监管和加强学生法制教育来促进多民族学生之间关系的和谐。
With the adjustment of the distribution structure of primary and middle schools from scattered to centralized, the problem of detached students’ relations in multi-ethnic schools has become more and more prominent. The cultural difference of students is the initial reason that causes the students ’misunderstanding. The students’ physical and psychological characteristics, poor family structure and social violence culture are the characteristics of the school “discipline society ” The reasons for the initial causes of conflict and friction escalation and deterioration. From the perspective of law, we should promote the harmony of multi-ethnic students by strengthening the construction of school legal system, strengthening the legal supervision of social entertainment places and strengthening the legal education of students.
