1985年国际建筑师协会根据该会主席乔·斯托伊洛夫的建议,在新加坡召开的国际建协64次理事会上规定每年7月1日为世界建筑节,每年结合联合国号召的国际年主题由各成员国组织开展相应活动。 中国建筑学会在1986年以主题为“建筑与和平”,1987年以主题为“国际住房年”,1988年以主题为“建筑与城市”举行了纪念活动。 今年的主题是“建筑与文化”,中国建筑学会举行座谈会,座谈会由中国建筑学会副理事长、建设部总工程师许溶烈主持,中国建筑学会顾问、建设部部长林汉雄到会讲话,参加座谈会的还有:建设部副部长谭庆链、中国建筑学会理事长戴念慈、中国建筑学会副理事长、国际建协副主席吴良镛等著名专家学者。下面是与会同志的发言(以发言先后为序)。
In 1985, according to the suggestion of the chairman of the association, Joe Stohilov, the International Association of Architects, in the 64 councils of the International Association for Construction Association held in Singapore, stipulates that each year on July 1st is the World Architecture Festival, which is combined with the annual international year called by the United Nations. Themes are organized by member states to carry out corresponding activities. In 1986, the Chinese Architectural Society took the theme of “Architecture and Peace”. In 1987, the theme was “The Year of International Housing”. In 1988, the theme “Architecture and City” was held to commemorate the event. The theme of this year was “Architecture and Culture”. The China Institute of Architects held a symposium. The forum was chaired by Xu Ronglie, vice chairman of the Chinese Architectural Society and chief engineer of the Ministry of Construction. Lin Hanxiong, consultant of the Chinese Architectural Society and minister of the Ministry of Construction, attended the symposium to attend the symposium. Also included in the symposium were: Tan Qinglian, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Construction; Dai Nianci, Chairman of the China Association of Architectural Engineering; Vice Chairman of the China Association of Architectural Engineering; and Wu Liangchun, Vice Chairman of the International Association for Construction, and other famous experts and scholars. The following are the speeches of the participating comrades (in order of speech).
