北京市农林科学院和中国农科院植物保护研究所研究证实,中国葡萄灰霉病菌对嘧霉胺的抗药性已较为普遍。研究人员从中国葡萄主产区采集、分离纯化了104个葡萄灰霉病菌的单孢菌株,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了其对嘧霉胺的抗药性。结果表明,中国葡萄灰霉病菌对嘧霉胺的抗性频率为22.22%~62.50%,且以高抗和中抗菌株为主,其中高抗菌株频率达44.23%;不同葡萄栽培气候区的葡萄灰霉
Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences Institute of Plant Protection confirmed that Botrytis cinerea resistance to pyrimethanil has become more common. The researchers collected from the main grape growing areas of China 104 isolates of single gray mold Botrytis cinerea strains, mycelium growth rate was measured for its resistance to pyrimethanil.
