本文根据上期登载的“液压与气动系统内流体数值预测的研究(之一)”,对液压伺服系统弯曲管路、异径管路和复杂管路内的脉动流和液压系统直管路内的过渡流以及渐扩管内的紊流所提出的各种数学模型或仿真模型,分别建立了一系列数值解法,编制了相应的仿真程序,介绍了用数字计算机进行了数值预测计算。通过应用实例,将计算结果与实验结果进行比较,验证了所用的各种处理方法的有效性,给出了各数值解法和仿真程序的预测性能。
In this paper, according to “Hydraulic and Pneumatic System in the last issue of numerical prediction of the study (1)” on the hydraulic servo system, curved pipe, reducing pipelines and complex piping in the pulsating flow and hydraulic system straight pipe Transitional flow, and turbulent flow in the expanding pipe, a series of numerical methods are respectively established and the corresponding simulation programs are compiled. The numerical calculation and calculation of the numerical prediction are introduced. Through the application examples, the calculated results are compared with the experimental results to verify the effectiveness of the various processing methods used, and the predictive performance of each numerical solution and simulation program is given.
