打击涉税犯罪工作中存在的主要问题是:①办案机制不健全;②地方保护和部门保护主义严重;③行政执法部门内部管理制度不健全;④以罚代刑现象严重;⑤缺乏良好的协作机制;⑥公安机关内部体制不顺;⑦经费开支渠道不畅。针对以上问题,文章提出了八个方面的工作对策。
The main problems in the work of cracking down tax-related crimes are: (1) the handling mechanism is not sound; (2) the local protection and departmental protectionism are serious; (3) the internal management system of the administrative law enforcement departments is not sound; (4) the punishment is serious; (5) the lack of good cooperation Mechanism; ⑥ public security organs within the system is not smooth; ⑦ poor funding channels. In response to the above problems, the article proposed eight aspects of work strategy.
