任何一种新型给药系统对原料和制剂含量进行测定及质量控制都需要建立一种准确、快速、灵敏、可靠的分析方法。研究旨在建立适合的气相色谱方法测定紫苏油纳米乳中的α-亚麻酸(alpha-linolenic acid,α-LNA)含量,以便为制剂的处方设计、释药性能研究与药物动力学测定奠定基础,现报道如下。1材料与方法 1.1试剂及主要仪器苯、石油醚、甲醇、乙醚、无水硫酸钠、氢氧化钾(分析纯),均为市购;紫苏油,购自西安应化生物技术有限公司;α-亚麻酸标准品,购自德国Serva公司。

The aim of this study was to establish a suitable gas chromatographic method for the determination of α-linolenic acid (α-LNA) content in perilla oil nanoemulsion so as to lay the foundation for the formulation design, drug release performance and pharmacokinetic determination Basis, are reported below. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Reagents and main equipment Benzene, petroleum ether, methanol, ethyl ether, anhydrous sodium sulfate, potassium hydroxide (analytical grade), are commercially available; Perilla oil, purchased from Xi’an should Biological Technology Co., Ltd.; α-linolenic acid standard, purchased from Germany Serva company.
