目的 通过观察受电磁脉冲 (EMP)照射恒河猴 ,探讨猴角膜、晶状体和视网膜的病理变化 ,研究EMP对视觉系统的影响。方法 场强为 6× 1 0 4V/m的EMP照射恒河猴 ,采用Feulgen、AgNOR、PI染色方法 ,以激光扫描共聚焦显微镜和图像分析技术对眼辐射损伤进行检测。结果 EMP照射后 30天死亡猴晶状体上皮细胞的AgNOR和DNA含量下降 ,照射后 1 36、2 6 5和 36 5天 ,AgNOR和DNA含量升高。眼组织对EMP损伤敏感程度依次为 :晶状体 >角膜 >视网膜。晶状体后囊水肿 ,空泡和液泡形成 ,白内障发生。结论 高场强EMP可引起视觉系统的损伤 ,晶状体对EMP损伤最为敏感 ,可导致白内障的发生
Objective To observe the pathological changes of cornea, lens and retina of monkey by observing the EMP irradiated by Rhesus macaques to study the influence of EMP on the visual system. Methods Rhesus monkeys were irradiated with 6 × 10 4 V / m EMP, and the damage of the eye was detected by laser scanning confocal microscopy and image analysis with Feulgen, AgNOR and PI staining. Results The AgNOR and DNA contents in lens epithelial cells of monkey death decreased 30 days after EMP irradiation. The content of AgNOR and DNA increased at 1 36, 26 5 and 36 5 days after irradiation. The sensitivity of ocular tissue to EMP injury in turn was: lens> cornea> retina. Posterior capsular edema, vacuoles and vacuoles, cataracts. Conclusions High-field-intensity EMP can cause visual system damage. The lens is the most sensitive to EMP injury and can lead to the development of cataract
