随着新课改的推进与发展,教师要以学生的学习、发展为主体进行有效的反思。这种反思建立在对课堂教学情境深入了解、拥有详实资料的基础之上,加上借助课堂观察的课后研讨会议,让教师的反思真正落到实处,提高教师的反思力,促进教师为解决问题而不断嵌入式地学习、理解新的教育理念,形成教师个人的教育理论,充实、完善教师的实践性知识,从而促进自己专业知识的迅速成长。
