2005年11月底,中国百胜餐饮集团宣布,百胜将在国内逐步开放“必胜宅急送”的特许加盟业务,起点 200万元的加盟投资,相比此前的肯德基、必胜客餐厅, 数额大幅降低。此举和10月来沪招募加盟者的全球第三大匹萨品牌“棒约翰”不谋而合。据上海棒约翰餐饮管理有限公司总经理楚连胜介绍,棒约翰2005年内制定了完整的特许加盟计划,2006年将在有条件的地区开展特许加盟业务。加盟国际品牌虽然门槛不低,却依然门庭若市。这个趋势从2005年接二连三的一系列特许加盟展上也可以看出一些端倪。甚至有专家将2005年称为特许加盟年。
