为了对比二元收-扩喷管(2DCD)与球形收敛调节片喷管(SCFN)的性能,基于CFD数值计算软件对2种喷管在相同工作点下进行了内外流场计算与分析。数值模拟结果表明:在相同高度及飞行马赫数条件下,SCFN的流量系数相较于2DCD呈现出较大不同,推力系数则略差于2DCD;在低落压比条件下,2种喷管内流对后体阻力特性影响不大;在高落压比条件下,2种喷管内流对后体阻力特性影响较大。
In order to compare the performance of 2DCD and SCFN, CFD numerical calculation software was used to calculate and analyze the internal and external flow field of the two kinds of nozzles under the same operating point. The numerical simulation results show that the flow coefficient of SCFN shows a significant difference compared with 2DCD and the thrust coefficient is slightly worse than that of 2DCD at the same height and flight Mach number. Under the condition of low pressure ratio, The rear body resistance characteristics have little effect; under the condition of high pressure ratio, the two kinds of nozzle internal flow have a greater impact on the rear body resistance characteristics.
