为更好实现航空发动机燃烧室气膜冷却结构火焰筒的壁温分析和冷却结构优化,针对原有的火焰筒2维壁温计算程序开展了2次开发工作,形成了基于GAMBIT前处理的火焰筒壁温分析程序。新的计算过程采用Gambit软件对几何模型进行前处理,生成三角形网格、指定边界条件分组,通过编制前处理模块代码,对导出的网格文件进行解析,进一步将各种信息导入已有的有限元壁温计算程序,完成壁温计算分析。给出了采用以上方法进行火焰筒壁温计算和优化的实例,结果表明:该方法较为有效地克服了原方法的各项缺点,其交互性强,大幅度提高了工作效率。
In order to realize the optimization of the wall temperature analysis and the cooling structure optimization of the air film cooling structure of aeroengine combustor, two developments of the original two-dimensional wall temperature calculation program of the flame tube were carried out, and the flame based on GAMBIT pretreatment Tube wall temperature analysis program. The new calculation process uses the Gambit software to pre-process the geometric model, generates a triangle mesh, assigns the boundary condition groupings, parses the exported grid file by compiling the pre-processing module code, further imports various information into the existing limited Element wall temperature calculation program to complete the calculation of wall temperature. The calculation and optimization of the flame wall temperature using the above method are given. The results show that this method can effectively overcome the shortcomings of the original method, and its interaction is strong and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
