通过研究Cu及(Ti+B)变质剂对ZA12合金组织结构的作用,分析Cu及(Ti+B)变质剂对合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着Cu添加入量的增加,合金强度和硬度提高,塑性和韧性下降。变质剂(Ti+B)对合金组织和性能有明显的影响。
The effects of Cu and (Ti + B) modifiers on the mechanical properties of ZA12 alloy were studied by studying the effect of Cu and (Ti + B) modifiers on the microstructures of ZA12 alloy. The results showed that with the increase of Cu addition, the strength and hardness of the alloy increased, and the plasticity and toughness decreased. Modifying agent (Ti + B) has a significant effect on the microstructure and properties of the alloy.
