采用膏剂法对H13钢铝挤压模进行了稀土硼铝共渗应用的研究,并考察了共渗层的组织形态及相组成。研究结果表明,经稀土硼铝共渗的模具使用寿命提高2~3倍。
The paste method was used to study the application of rare earth boron-aluminum co-infiltration on H13 steel aluminum extrusion die. The microstructure and phase composition of co-infiltrated layer were investigated. The results show that the rare earth boro-aluminizing mold life increased by 2 to 3 times.
