本文通过对83眼RK的分析指出,1%Dicaine是理想的麻醉剂;进行光学区定位时应选用投照光源位于物镜正中的手术显微镜,摆正其与术眼的位置;用直径略大的旁中心圈可减少角膜穿孔的发生;采用切口止点倾斜45°角的操作法可增加角膜有效切口的长度.
