应用计算机辅助的角膜地形图检测仪等手段对32例48只轻中度近视眼(-2.25D至-5.00D)的放射状角膜切开术(RK)的疗效及安全性进行系统检测与分析,结果表明:四与八条切口、3.25mm至3.50mm光学区、取瞳孔缘最薄一点角膜厚度的切口深度的RK可安全有效地矫正轻中度近视眼的屈光不正。过多的角膜切口、过小的光学区及角膜微穿孔措施可能不会对RK疗效带来有益的帮助。正确选择病例、合理设计手术方案、精良的检测与手术设备、由训练有素的大夫精心施术是确保RK质量的四大要素。
The efficacy and safety of radial keratotomy (RK) in 32 patients with mild to moderate myopia (-2.25D to -5.00D) were systematically tested by computer assisted corneal topography and other means The results showed that the RK with four or eight incisions and the optical zone of 3.25mm to 3.50mm and the thinnest corneal thickness at the pupil edge can effectively and safely correct the refractive errors in mild to moderate myopia. Excessive corneal incision, small optical zone and corneal microperforating may not be beneficial to the RK efficacy. Correct choice of cases, rational design of surgical programs, sophisticated detection and surgical equipment, well-trained doctor careful operation is to ensure the quality of RK four elements.
