7月20日,人事部、民政部联合颁发了《社会工作者职业水平评价暂行规定》和《助理社会工作师、社会工作师职业水平考试实施办法》,标志着我国社会工作者职业水平评价制度的正式建立。据悉,在《暂行规定》和《实施办法》的基础上,民政部将抓紧开发社会工作岗位,全面启动社会工作专业教育培训,争取明年下半年实施首批助理社会工作师、社会工作师职业水平考试。《暂行规定》和《实施办法》主要内容如下:
