第一条 为推进社会工作的职业化、专业化、明确社会工作者的职业要求,提高社会工作者队伍的整体水平,加强社会工作专业服务的规范化建设,保障服务对象的合法权益,特制定本暂行办法。 第二条 本办法适用于本市社会工作相关机构中具有社会工作专业知识和技能、从事社会工作的专业工作人员。 第三条 上海市社会工作者职业资格认证属于上海市专业技术人员职业资格制度的管理范畴,由上海市人事局和上海市民政局共同负责政策制定、组织协调、认证考试和监督管理等工作。
