目的:分析和总结对冠心病患者进行优质护理所起到的效果。方法:随机在2015年1月到2016年1月期间确诊的冠心病患者当中选择100名,将其按照抽签的方式分成实验组和参照组,每组50名患者。对参照组进行常规性的护理干预,实验组患者进行优质护理干预。对照分析两组患者护理情况以及患者的满意程度,进行统计。结果:经过不同的护理干预方式,实验组在患者整体满意程度上明显高于参照组,P<0.05;实验组在SAS评分、SDS评分上也明显高于参照组,对比均存在P<0.05,均有统计学上的差异。结论:对患有冠心病的患者行以优质护理,效果显著,还可以缓解患者的不良情绪,值得广泛推广。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and summarize the effect of quality care in patients with coronary heart disease. METHODS: One hundred randomly selected CHD patients diagnosed during January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into experimental and reference groups of 50 patients in each group. The reference group for routine nursing intervention, experimental group of patients with quality nursing intervention. Control analysis of two groups of patients with patient satisfaction and patient satisfaction statistics. Results: After different nursing interventions, the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group in the overall satisfaction of the patients, P <0.05; the experimental group was also significantly higher than the reference group in SAS score and SDS score (P <0.05) There are statistical differences. Conclusion: Patients with coronary heart disease with high quality of care, the effect is significant, but also can alleviate the patient’s bad emotions, it is worth widely widely.
